As part of the Neighbourhood Renewal Scheme Programme, environmental improvements have recently been completed in your area. These works were informed by ideas suggested by the local councillors, with the aim of creating a safer and more attractive place to live.
These improvements aim to create safer, more attractive, and accessible public spaces for residents and visitors.
Highlights include:
- Resurfacing public realm and footpath area with decorative paving and Tarmac.
- New bollards.
- Installation of a pedestrian crossing.
- Replacement cycle stands and waste bin.
- Installation of planters
- New traffic signage
These enhancements reflect the Council’s commitment to improving neighbourhood environments, promoting community pride, and encouraging active use of shared public spaces.
