- The development will also have a secure carpark with provision for Electric Vehicle charging.
- The scheme will have a Sustainable Drainage System designed to reduce the potential impact of the development on surface water drainage in the area, with high quality landscaping to help promote well being.
Current status
We have experienced a bit of a setback following the demise of the appointed main contractor who sadly went into administration in late October. We are currently looking to appoint a replacement with the aim of recommencing work on site as soon as possible, which in all likelihood will be Autumn 2023 at the very earliest.
