A new residential development to help increase our Council housing in the popular Eastern suburbs of Cardiff with easy access to M4.

The development comprising of 13 properties in total with a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom family homes.

The site is located on the corner of Wakehurst Place and Crickhowell Road and is within walking distance of local shopping and the new St Mellons Library and Hub.

  • Each property has been designed with a fabric first approach to ensure it’s energy performance exceeds current Building Regulations and all properties will achieve EPC A.
  • All heating and hot water in the houses will be via an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) which will help lower fuel bills and reduce carbon emissions.
  • Sustainable Design System (SuDS) features are an integral part of the design to provide efficient use of land.
  • Each property will also be provided with the infrastructure to facilitate future installation of Electric Vehicle charging points.

Current status
