The Neighbourhood Regeneration Scheme (NRS) Programme 2025-26 is city-wide initiative which aims to address local regeneration priorities. The programme delivers small scale regeneration projects put forward by Local Members. Projects are designed and developed in partnership with local residents, community groups and agencies to address an identified need or problem.
Local Members in Heath & Birchgrove were successful in their project idea to create a more attractive and vibrant public realm, along Birchgrove Local Shopping Centre, Caerphilly Road.
Residents and businesses in the area will be contacted for us to hear your views on any proposed improvements, as the project develops.
