This project has been completed.

Arnold Avenue and Bronte Crescent were identified as priority areas for environmental improvements under Cardiff Council’s Estate Regeneration Programme, with the aim of making a better environment for people to live in.
The scheme has now been completed and the works included:
- new front boundary walls and railings
- rear courtyard/garden improvements for the flats
- footpath and road resurfacing
- continuous crossings at junctions
A feedback survey was carried out with the residents following completion and overall, 71% of residents were satisfied with the scheme. They had the following comments to make:
“The scheme / project should be expanded to other parts of Llanrumney”
“All the contractors were very friendly and polite”
“I am very satisfied with the garden and front. A very good job done”
“The pavements and ramps are much better”
