Mae enw newydd, Capel i Bawb, wedi&#8217;i ddewis drwy broses ymgysylltu \u00e2&#8217;r cyhoedd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae hwn wedi bod yn brosiect partneriaeth gyda chyllid gan y Gronfa Gofal Integredig, Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Caerdydd a Chyngor Caerdydd ac mae bellach yn gartref i lyfrgell iechyd a lles newydd, gwasanaethau&#8217;r Cyngor gan gynnwys benthyciadau llyfrau hunanwasanaeth, cyfrifiaduron mynediad agored, gweithgareddau wedi&#8217;u hwyluso dan arweiniad Swyddog Cyswllt Cymunedol, mannau cyfarfod a Chaffi Aroma. Mae toiledau mynediad cyhoeddus bellach ar gael yn y mannau cymunedol gan gynnwys toiled cwbl hygyrch a chyfleusterau newid babanod.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd yn adnodd gwerthfawr lle gellir cyfeirio cleifion, defnyddwyr gwasanaeth, gofalwyr a&#8217;r gymuned leol at wybodaeth a chyngor, gweithgareddau cymdeithasol, dysgu a hamdden perthnasol a hygyrch.
